We cannot deny that times are changing rapidly, and the world is constantly evolving. The lifestyles of people have changed, and so must our approach to work. In designing this office building project, we have taken into consideration the changes mentioned above. Our design focuses on accommodating the needs of modern-day employees, and we have strived to achieve this in a practical manner.

We have considered features that can cater to the needs of the new generation of employees. The reception area is not just a reception anymore, but a large common area with a restaurant and cafe for colleagues to socialize over coffee before heading up to work. The underground parking area has bike racks and locker rooms for those who choose to cycle or use public transportation, which is a better option considering the traffic in Bangkok. These features have effectively addressed the needs of employees who will be working in this building.

In terms of the design concept, we kept it relatively simple. Our focus was on creating an atmosphere that is conducive to a good working environment, without sacrificing aesthetics. We chose natural colors such as wood and stone, and incorporated greenery and garden spaces into the building to create an ambiance that differs from traditional office buildings.

We aimed to connect the internal and external spaces of the building, and blur the lines between them to create a sense of continuity. This creates an impression that the external and internal spaces are seamlessly integrated, and not distinct from each other. In addition, we took the environmental impact into account in the design process, as we believe in designing sustainably for a better future.
