Located in suburb area, Soi Sathorn 11. This renovation project came with the idea of gathering space where members of the family can enjoy different activities in one space. From living room to dining room , form kid's play area to parents' working area, there are smooth transition. Friends for Friday night party is to be consider as the second priority of the space planning. Living area located next to outdoor deck could be perfect place for bbq party. Overall design seems that the mid modern century style has taken place in the tropical country. Simple wall paint goes with tropical wooden elements. Design goes into lifestyle rather than beauty consideration. We would say the same sentense as Mies Van de Rohe 'form follow funtion' in addition is simply naturally charming living space.
